Our Work

We live in a world that is constantly feeding young people lies. "Live your truth." "You do you." "Love is love." And yet, Gen Z is more lonely, depressed, and anxious than any other generation.

Clearly, something's wrong.

We believe that what Gen Z needs is not more hollow statements that leaves them empty, but rather, discovering a truth - the Truth - that fully satisfies: Jesus Christ changes everything.

That's why at Food for the Soul Theology Club, we focus on empowering young adults to engage with Christianity's toughest questions to help them grow in their relationship with Jesus... and with each other.

Community Building and Service

Gen Z is facing a loneliness pandemic. That's why we focus on consistent, weekly, in-person gatherings to build a strong community with recurring opportunities to get to know each other more. We also organize monthly outings to strengthen relationships outside of the weekly club meetings. Whether it'd be movie nights, beach days, or enjoying a walk around town, we intentionally make time to connect and welcome new friends! We also partner with other nonprofit organizations to serve our local community bi-monthly.

Theological and Apologetics Training

Every week, we provide a space for young adults to gather to discuss Christian theology's biggest questions and explore the richness of the Christian faith and intellectual tradition. We teach young adults of all backgrounds to think critically and to reflect on "why do they believe what they believe" so they can be able to articulate their worldview thoughtfully and confidently, while being firmly rooted in the truth of Scripture. Plus, every time we get together, we give free dinners to all who come!
